STEP 2   /  DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

 

This is the transitional phase in which the design moves from the schematic phase to the contract document phase.

 

In this phase we prepare drawings and other presentation documents to crystallise the design concept and describe it in terms of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems. 

 

Included in this stage is the integration of landscaping into the design of your new home and landscaped areas.

STEP 3  /  PROJECT ESTIMATE

 

The design drawings can now be used to consult with a builder to ascertain a construction budget. At this time, this budget can be used to firm up the design and documentation fee.

 

 

STEP 4  /  PLANNING  |  DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

This phase embodies precision and refinement. We craft preliminary plans meticulously, aligning them seamlessly with client-approved designs. Working closely with Local Authorities ensures flawless compliance with Development Approval (DA) Guidelines.

 

 

STEP 5  /    WORKING DRAWINGS

 

In this crucial phase, the approved preliminary drawings transform into comprehensive construction documentation.

 

Engaging computer-aided drafting, we collaborate with professionals—engineers, surveyors, and builders—to enhance the drawings' depth.

 

Clients actively participate in the working drawings stage, attending suppliers for selections, covering aspects from sanitary ware to flooring types. This collaborative process guarantees a bespoke and impeccable blueprint for your dream home.
