STEP 1 / DESIGN BRIEF & CONCEPT STAGE
Our creative journey unfolds with a personalised on-site visit and client briefing, where ideas and requirements are explored. Through collaborative refinement, a design solution is established, culminating in the presentation of immersive 3D designs and captivating colour elevations.
STEP 2 / DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This is the transitional phase in which the design moves from the schematic phase to the contract document phase.
In this phase we prepare drawings and other presentation documents to crystallise the design concept and describe it in terms of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
Included in this stage is the integration of landscaping into the design of your new home and landscaped areas.
STEP 3 / PROJECT ESTIMATE
The design drawings can now be used to consult with a builder to ascertain a construction budget. At this time, this budget can be used to firm up the design and documentation fee.
STEP 4 / PLANNING | DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
